摘  要:阐述了水基除油清洗新技术在重油催化裂化装置的应用情况。装置停工后,将设备内积存的油垢、水垢、硫化亚铁等有毒有害物质除去,系统清洗后不需再进行蒸汽吹扫。减少蒸汽消耗,缩短了检修时间,避免有毒有害气体对环境的污染。实现了炼油装置的高效、环保、安全停工及检修。This paper expounded the application of water-based oil removal and cleaning technology in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. After plant shutdown, the oil dirt, scale, ferrous sulfide and other toxic and harmful substances accumulated in the equipment were removed and there was no need to conduct steam purging after the system cleaning. It realized the high efficiency, environmental protection, safety shutdown and maintenance of refinery unit by reducing steam consumption, shortening the maintenance time, and avoiding toxic and harmful gas pollution to the environment.
