摘  要:培养经世致用的复合创新型人才是当前高校的首要任务,因此,论文以《TCP/IP技术》课程为例,开展翻转课堂混合式教学的研究探索,对课前教学资源的准备及任务单设计、课中翻转课堂组织、课后全方位评价进行了详细设计。实践证明,翻转课堂确实能激发学生的自主学习、创新和探索的能力,全面提高学生的团队协作和语言表达能力。Cultivating practical and innovative talents is the primary task of colleges and universities at present. Therefore, taking the course of "TCP/IP Technology" as an example, this paper carries out the research and exploration ofmixed teaching in flipped classroom, and designs in detail the preparation of teaching resources before class and the design of task list, the organization of flipped classroom in class and the comprehensive evaluation after class. The practice has proved that flipped classroom can really stimulate students' ability of autonomous learning, innovation and exploration, and comprehensively improve students' teamwork and language expression ability.
