摘 要:在高氯离子工业废水中,由于氯离子干扰,化学需氧量采用国家标准方法检测需要时间较长,难以满足企业实际生产需要.采用氯离子含量估测、药剂量调整的微波消解方法,对韶关明天微波消解装置使用过程进行改良,进行了一系列试验对比,结果表明:本法具有准确度高、需要时间短(2h)、硫酸汞使用量小(降低37%)、适用更高浓度氯离子废水.本法可用于检测工业废水氯离子含量达20 000mg/L的化学需氧量.As to the wastewater in perchlorideion industry,because of the interference of chloride ion,it takes a long time to detect chemical oxygen demand with national standard method,which is difficult to meet the actual production needs of enterprises.In this paper,the microwave digestion method of chloride ion content estimation and dosage adjustment is used to improve the operation process of Shaoguan Tomorrow’s microwave digestion device.A series of experiments and comparisons were carried out.The results show that this method has advantages of high accuracy,short time demand(2 h),low consumption of mercury sulfate(37%),and is suitable for wastewater with higher concentration of chloride ion.This method can be used to detect chemical oxygen demand of industrial wastewater with chloride ion content up to 20 000 mg/L.
