摘  要:将贴壁的ST细胞驯化为可单细胞悬浮生长的细胞,并进行猪细小病毒大规模培养。采用逐步降低培养基中血清含量的方法获得可悬浮生长的ST-S细胞。结果表明,经悬浮驯化后的ST-S细胞呈现较好的单细胞悬浮生长状态,细胞呈圆球形,结团现象较少,胞体大小基本一致,生长速度正常,最大细胞密度可以达到每毫升4.5×106个细胞。说明经驯化获得的可在无血清培养基中悬浮生长的ST细胞株,为大规模工业化生产ST细胞提供技术支持。The adherent st cells were acclimated to single cell suspension growth cells, and large-scale culture of porcine parvovirus was carried out. ST-S cells were obtained by gradually reducing the serum content in the medium. The results showed that the cultured ST-S cells showed a good single cell suspension growth state. The cells showed a round shape, less clustering phenomenon, the cell body size was basically the same, the growth rate was normal, and the maximum cell density could reach 4.5 × 10 6 cells per mL. The results showed that the ST cell lines which could be cultured in serum-free medium could provide technical support for large-scale industrial production of ST cells.
