摘  要:介绍了采用Thermolan系统控制球墨铸铁、灰口铸铁及蠕墨铸铁等铸铁件质量的实例。采用Thermolan系统可以快速测量铸铁中的碳、硅、锰等元素的含量,并可预测铸铁的组织,优化球化剂和孕育剂的加入量,降低生产成本,有效降低铸件的废品率。Examples of control of castings of nodular iron, gray iron, and vermicular iron with the use of a Thermolan system were introduced. The use of Thermolan system makes it possible that contents of elements such as carbon, silicon and manganese in the cast irons were rapidly measured, the addition of nodulizer or inoculant to the cast iron were optimized, the production cost was reduced, and the rejection rate of castings was reduced.
