摘　　要：2019年10月1日,一场始自2014年的诉讼落下帷幕。经波士顿联邦法院裁定,哈佛大学在招生过程中不存在歧视亚裔的情况,被告哈佛大学胜诉。此次判决显示,哈佛大学在招生过程中一贯坚持的“多元化政策”受到了相当程度的支持,而众多亚裔学生,对于哈佛大学在确保“多元化”过程中,是否会因偏向其他少数族裔,从而导致优秀亚裔学生的名额被压缩这一点表示担心,这种一定程度上的“逆向歧视”在未来可能会造成更为深远的影响。On October 1, 2019, a lawsuit started in 2014 came to an end. After the federal court of Boston ruled that Harvard University did not discriminate against Asian Americans in the process of enrollment, the defendant Harvard University won the case.
