摘　　要：不同时期的大学生权益诉求不尽相同,当代大学生的权益主要表现为时代特征鲜明、法制观念加强、主体意识觉醒、权益诉求多样和平等要求加强五个特征,《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的修订内容基本体现了这些特点。College students’ rights and interests in different periods are not the same. The rights and interests of contemporary college students mainly present the characteristics of the times, the strengthening of the legal concept, the awakening of the subject consciousness, the diversity of rights and interests, and the strengthening of equality. The revised content of Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities basically reflects these characteristics.
