摘 要:电动汽车动力电池组的均衡管理对提高电池的一致性具有重要的应用价值。针对基于硬开关的串联电池组电容型均衡拓扑开关损耗较大的缺点,提出一种基于软开关的串联电池组均衡拓扑。该拓扑利用准谐振技术,通过选取开关频率等于谐振频率,使电路处于准谐振状态,实现开关管的零电流切换,以达到降低开关损耗的目的。仿真和实验结果表明,该拓扑在均衡过程中电池电压趋于一致,并且可实现开关管的零电流切换,达到了预期的均衡效果。The equalization management of electric vehicle power battery packs has important application value for improving battery consistency.In order to overcome the shortcoming of switching loss caused by hard-switching of switched capacitor equalization topology,a series battery equalization topology based on soft-switching was proposed.The topology utilized quasi-resonant technique to make the circuit in quasi-resonant state by selecting the switching frequency equal to the resonant frequency,so as to realize zero-current switching of the switch and achieve the purpose of reducing switching loss.The simulation and experimental results show that the voltage of the battery tends to be consistent during the equalization process,and zero-current switching of the switch can be realized,which achieves the expected equalization effect.
