摘  要:储能装置用于高压电网继电保护,诊断高压电网继电保护系统的漏诊故障会导致电路故障的范围加大,错过最佳的检修时间,降低自动监测准确度。一种新的高压电网储能电源系统继电保护自动监测方法可根据故障录波信息监测继电保护装置内部故障,通过二次回路通断方法自动监测电源系统信息传输环节的继电保护情况,用继电保护元件相关数据表征电源系统继电保护状态。该方法监测电源系统继电保护情况单次用时均值仅为42.1s,误差率和漏诊率分别低于5%、4%,是一种高效、可靠的高压电网储能电源系统继电保护自动监测方法。The composite energy storage device is used for relay protection of high voltage power grid.Diagnosing the missed diagnosis fault of the high voltage power grid relay protection system will lead to an increase in the range of circuit faults,miss the best maintenance time,and reduce the accuracy of automatic monitoring.A new high-voltage grid energy storage power system relay protection automatic monitoring method was proposed to detect the internal fault of the relay protection device according to the fault recording information,and automatically monitor the relay protection of the power system information transmission link through the secondary loop on-off method.According to the data related to the relay protection component,the relay protection status of the core protection link of the system was characterized.The method of monitoring the power system relay protection condition has a single average time of only 42.1 s,and the error rate and the missed diagnosis rate are less than 5%and 4%respectively.It is an efficient and reliable automatic monitoring method of relay protection of high-voltage power storage system.
