乡村振兴战略下旅游带动脱贫策略研究——以南召县铁佛寺村为例

摘　　要：介绍了不同视角乡村振兴的内涵,总结了乡村振兴战略下旅游扶贫的模式。以河南省南召县铁佛寺村为案例,分析了乡村旅游扶贫遇到的覆盖面不广、机制不完善、投入不足、业态单一等问题,提出了引导社会资本投入、加大财政资金配套、建立农户参与旅游开发机制、策划乡村旅游扶贫业态、开展旅游人才培训、精准指导贫困户、逐步壮大村集体经济等旅游带动脱贫的策略。The connotation of rural revitalization from different perspectives was introduced, and the model of tourism poverty alleviation under the strategy of rural revitalization was summarized. Taking Tiefosi village, Nanzhao county as a case, the problems of poverty alleviation in rural tourism, such as limited coverage, imperfect mechanism, not enough investment, single formats, and so on, was analyzed, and the strategy of tourism driven poverty eradication was put forward, including guiding social capital, increasing financial funds, establishing tourism development mechanism with farmer’s participation, planning tourism poverty alleviation forms, tourism talents training, guiding precisely poor households and expanding village the collective economy.
