摘　　要：针对某雷达A夹芯结构天线罩的研制任务,根据设计要求选择包含蒙皮、夹芯、胶膜等天线罩制造所用材料,设计合适的模具及工装夹具,制定泡沫夹芯的加工方法和维修窗的预埋方式。确定了适合大型泡沫夹芯复合材料制件的成型工艺路径,解决了成型中可能影响天线罩质量的工艺问题。Aiming at the research and development task of a radar A sandwich radome,materials including the covering materials,sandwich,adhesive film of the radome are selected according to the design requirements,suitable mould and fixture are designed,the process method of the foam sandwich and the pre-embedding mode of the maintenance windows are formulated.Also,the forming process path suitable for large foam sandwich composite parts is determined,and the process problems that may affect the quality of radome in the forming process are solved.
