摘　　要：动物血清库在动物疫病监测、新发病追踪溯源、流行病学研究等方面发挥了重要作用。国家动物血清库自建设运行以来,为动物免疫情况调查和流行病学调查研究等方面提供了丰富的样本素材。本文分析了浙江省结合计算机数据库管理系统、二维码信息系统、超低温冰箱等而建立的一套动物血清库系统,从硬软件设备、样品录入、样品质量与人员运维管理等层面进行了详阐,以期实现省级动物血清库的系统化与信息化管理,助力今后动物疫病研究工作的有效开展。National animal serum bank has been playing an important role in monitoring animal disease,tracking new diseases,and studying disease epidemiology ,which has provided rich sample materials for investigation of animal immunization and epidemiological study since its running. In this paper,the animal serum bank system in Zhejiang Province was analyzed,which was established relying on computer database management system,quick response(QR) code information system,ultra-low temperature freezer,etc. Its hardware and software,sample input process, management of sample quality,operation and maintenance were stated in details. It was concluded that systematic and informationized management had been achieved in the animal serum bank at provincial level,which would contribute to future study on animal diseases.
