摘　　要：创新发展农民合作组织是实现农村产业兴旺和农民生活富裕的重要举措,高效运转的合作组织对于生态环境、乡风民俗、农村治理具有显著的溢出效应。农业生产经营组织创新是推进农业农村现代化的核心和基础,也是乡村振兴战略落地的重要抓手,应该将农民合作组织的发展融入乡村振兴战略之中。发挥农民合作组织在乡村振兴中的作用,关键是转变政府职能,充分发挥市场机制的作用,高效地将资源配置到合作生产经营体系中。政府应通过全面深化改革,为农民合作组织创造良好的市场环境,建立审计监督机制,完善扶持政策体系,加强人才配置和培育,并防止其过度资本化。Innovative development of farmers’ cooperative organizations is an important measure to achieve the prosperity of rural industries and the affluence of farmers, and the cooperative organizations operating efficiently have significant spillover effects on ecological environment, folk customs, and rural governance. The innovation of agricultural production and management organization is the core and foundation for promoting the modernization of agricultural and rural areas, and also is an important working point for the rural revitalization strategy, so the development of farmers’ cooperative organizations should be integrated into the rural revitalization strategy. The key to the role of farmers’ cooperative organizations in rural revitalization is to transform government functions, make good use of the role of market mechanisms, and efficiently allocate resources to cooperative production and management systems. The government should comprehensively deepen reforms, focus on creating a good market environment for farmers’ cooperative organizations, establish an audit supervision mechanism, improve the support policy system, strengthen talent allocation and cultivation, and prevent its excessive capitalization.
