摘　　要：社会不稳定因素造成网络舆情频繁发生。为应对网络舆情处理不及时发酵为公共事件,文章提出了以统计模式学习方法为基础构建的智能决策系统模型。系统由底向上,详细介绍了原始数据采集、清洗方法,数据处理的复杂过程,利用机器学习、大数据技术进行预测、识别和知识挖掘,根据社会需求提供相应的决策服务模式。Social instability causes frequent network public opinion.In order to deal with the untimely fermentation of network public opinion as a public event,an intelligent decision system model based on statistical model learning method is proposed in this paper.From the bottom up,the system introduces in detail the complex process of original data acquisition,cleaning method and data processing.It uses machine learning and big data technology to predict,identify and mine knowledge,and provides the corresponding decision-making service mode according to the social needs.
