摘 要:介绍了高浓度料浆制备技术及气化工艺数据,对高浓度料浆气化工艺指标:冷煤气效率、碳转化率、产气率、有效气含量、比煤耗及比氧耗进行了分析及评价。结果表明:高浓度料浆制备及气化技术具有延长气化炉核心设备的使用寿命,节能效果较好的优点,还可有效提高湿法料浆气流床的气化效率,是一种可行的节能技术。对该技术的工业化应用提出建议:新建的拟采用湿法料浆加压气化的煤化工项目,可优先选用高浓度料浆制备及气化技术路线生产合成气;现有采用湿法料浆加压气化的煤化工项目,可进行高浓度料浆制备技术路线改造,以降耗节能、提升经济效益。The preparation technology and gasification process data of high concentration slurry are introduced. The gasification process indexes of high concentration slurry, such as cold gas efficiency, carbon conversion rate, gas production rate, effective gas content, specific coal consumption and specific oxygen consumption, are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the preparation and gasification technology of high concentration slurry has the advantages of prolonging the service life of the core equipment of gasifier, better energy-saving effect, and effectively improving the gasification efficiency of wet slurry entrained flow bed, which is a feasible energy-saving technology. Suggestions are made on the industrial application of this technology: the newly-built coal chemical engineering project which intends to adopt wet slurry pressurized gasification can preferentially select high concentration slurry preparation and gasification technology route to produce syngas, the existing coal chemical engineering project using wet slurry pressurized gasification can carry out the technical route transformation of high concentration slurry preparation in order to reduce consumption, save energy and improve economic benefits.
