摘  要:介绍了油田开发过程中油井井筒发生腐蚀的原因及危害性,室内采用挂片失重法考察了温度、压力、pH值、氯离子含量、含水率以及CO2含量对腐蚀速率的影响,并对缓蚀剂缓释性能进行了评价。结果表明:腐蚀速率随温度、压力、氯离子质量浓度、含水率以及CO2分压的升高而逐渐增大,腐蚀速率随着pH值的升高而逐渐减小,其中pH值和CO2分压对腐蚀速率的影响最大;当缓蚀剂ZSJ-2的加量为60mg/L时,目标油田采出水对J55钢片的腐蚀速率为0.069mm/a,能够有效降低海上油田油井管柱的腐蚀速率,保障海上油田的高效稳定开发。The causes and harmfulness of wellbore corrosion during oilfield development are introduced. The effects of temperature, pressure, pH value, chloride ion content, water content and CO 2 content on corrosion rate are investigated by coupon weight loss method in laboratory, and the slow release performance of corrosion inhibitor is evaluated. The corrosion rate increases with the increase of temperature, pressure, chloride ion concentration, water content and partial pressure of CO 2 , and decreases with the increase of pH value. Among them, pH value and partial pressure of CO 2 have the greatest influence on the corrosion rate. When the dosage of corrosion inhibitor ZSJ-2 is 60 mg/L, the corrosion rate of J55 steel sheet in the the target oilfield produced water is 0.069 mm/a, which can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of oil well tubing string in offshore oilfields and ensure the efficient and stable development of offshore oilfield.
