含酸性恶臭类挥发性有机废气处理工程实例

摘　　要：介绍了一种化工行业废水处理站含酸性恶臭类有机废气的处理方法,采用"水洗+碱洗+活性炭吸附"的工艺对废气进行处理。经处理后,氯化氢、氯气、氟化物、非甲烷总烃均符合《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB16297-1996),硫化氢、氨排放、臭气排放均符合《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)。该工艺运行稳定,经济可行,技术合理,安全可靠,可为同类型废气治理提供一定参考依据。This paper introduces a treatment for acid malodor-containing organic waste gas in the wastewater treatment station of the chemical industry. The process of “washing + caustic washing + activated carbon adsorption” was used to treat the exhaust gas. After treatment, hydrogen chloride, chlorine, fluoride, non-methane total hydrocarbons were in line with the “Integrated Emission Standards for Air Pollutants”(GB 16297-1996), and hydrogen sulfide, ammonia emissions and odor emissions were in line with the “Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants”(GB 14554-1993). The process is stable, economical, technically sound, safe and reliable, and can provide a reference for the same type of waste gas treatment.
