海滨锦葵提取物对产鸽和乳鸽生产性能的影响

摘　　要：为分析海滨锦葵提取物对生产鸽和乳鸽生产性能的影响,选取100对卡奴鸽,随机分成5组,分别在基础日粮中添加0、25、50、100和200 mg/kg海滨锦葵提取物,第Ⅰ组为对照组,第Ⅱ~Ⅴ组为试验组。试验期为5个月,测定生产鸽和乳鸽的生产性能。结果表明:生产鸽第Ⅴ组公母鸽的增重最高,分别比对照组提高了4.67%和1.29%。与对照组相比,生产性能以第Ⅲ组为最优,其产蛋数提高了5.9%,孵化率提高了3.87%。乳鸽4周龄体重各组存在显著性差异(P<0.05),第Ⅳ组最高(585.38 g)。4周龄乳鸽屠宰测定,胸肌重、脾脏、屠宰率和脾脏指数存在显著性差异(P<0.05),第Ⅱ组的屠宰率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),第Ⅴ组脾脏指数和法氏囊指数比对照组分别提高了5.56%和4.55%。综合考虑成年鸽和乳鸽的生产性能指标得出,海滨锦葵提取物有促进乳鸽免疫器官发育、提高产鸽生产性能的作用,以50~100mg/kg的添加量为宜。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Kosteletzkya virginica extract on production performance of pigeons and Squabs. One hundred pairs of Carnean pigeon were selected and randomly divided into five groups. The basal diets were supplemented with 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg Kosteletzkya virginica extract,respectively. Group Ⅰ was the control group and Group Ⅱ to Group Ⅴ was the experimental group. The experiment lasted for 5 months. And the production performance of the pigeons and squabs were determined in different periods.The results showed that compared with the control group, the fifth group of the pigeons had the highest weight gain,which male and female increased by 4.67% and 1.29% respectively. The production performance was optimized in the third group, which the egg production increased by 5.9%, and the hatching rate increased by 3.87%. Moreover, there was a significant difference in the weight of the pigeons at 4 weeks of age(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in chest muscle weight, spleen, slaughter rate and spleen index of squabs at 4 weeks of age(P<0.05). After different doses of tests, considering the production performance indicators of adult pigeons and squabs, Kosteletzkya virginica extract has the function of promoting the development of the immune organs of the pigeons and improving the production performance of the pigeons. And that the amount of 50 to 100 mg/kg added was optimum.
