摘　　要：目的研究解毒通脉胶囊治疗痰火扰心挟瘀型室性早搏的临床疗效。方法选择陕西中医药大学附属医院2016年9月-2018年9月住院及门诊痰火扰心挟瘀型室性早搏患者90例,随机分为治疗组45例,对照组45例。对照组在治疗原发病的基础上,口服美西律,200 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服解毒通脉胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d,治疗4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后患者的临床症状改善、中医症候疗效、24 h室性早搏数目及疗效。结果治疗组中医症状改善总有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为75.56%,2组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在各项中医单项症状积分降低方面与对照组相比均有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组在治疗后室性早搏减少次数比较有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组临床疗效结果比较,对照组有效率为64.44%,治疗组为86.67%,2组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论解毒通脉胶囊能显著改善痰火扰心挟瘀型室性早搏患者的临床症状,减少室性早搏次数。Objective To study the clinical effect of Jiedu Tongmai Capsule on ventricular premature beat with phlegm fire disturbing heart and blood stasis. Methods From September 2016 to September 2018, 90 cases of hospitalized and outpatient patients with ventricular premature beats of phlegm-fire, heart-damping-stasis type were selected from our hospital, and randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) according to 1 : 1. In the control group, on the basis of the treatment of the primary disease, the oral administration of methamphetamine, 200 mg/time, 3 times a day. In the treatment group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, Jiedu Tongmai Capsule was added, 5 pills/time, 3 times a day, for a course of 4 weeks. The clinical symptom improvement, TCM symptom effect, number and curative effect of 24 hours premature ventricular beats were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the treatment group was 93.33%, and that in the control group was 75.56%, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the reduction of each TCM symptom score, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The number of PVCS decreased after treatment was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group (P < 0.01). The efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of premature ventricular beats was statistically compared. The effective rate of the control group was 64.44%, and that of the treatment group was 86.67%, with significant difference and statistical significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Jiedu Tongmai Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ventricular premature beat of phlegm fire disturbing heart and blood stasis. Jiedu Tongmai Capsule can reduce the number of ventricular premature beats in patients with phlegm fire disturbing heart and blood stasis.
