团体怀旧疗法在糖尿病抑郁患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨团体怀旧疗法在糖尿病抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法选取100例糖尿病抑郁患者并采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上实施12周的团体怀旧疗法。分别在干预前后比较2组的糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、自评抑郁量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及中文版糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)得分。结果共86例患者完成研究,干预12周后,观察组Hb A1c、SDS得分、抑郁程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且SDSCA及SSRS得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体怀旧疗法可以提高糖尿病抑郁患者的自我管理能力及社会支持力,改善抑郁情绪,且能够帮助患者更好的控制血糖水平,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of group reminiscence therapy on diabetic patients with depression. Methods 100 diabetic patients with depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group (50 cases in each group) by using random number tables. The patients in the control group were received routine medical treatment and nursing care, and the patients in the observation group were given group reminiscence therapy on the basis of the control group. After nursing for 12 weeks, researchers compared two groups of patients with HbAlc, self-rating depression scale (SDS), social support rating scale (SSRS) and Chinese version scale of the diabetes self-care activities (SDSCA). Results Totally 86 patients completed the study. After 12 weeks of intervention, SDS scores and HbAlc of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of SDSCA and SSRS were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Group reminiscence therapy have a positive impact on self_care behaviors and social support, and can reduce blood glucose levels and depression.
