单极射频应用于面部年轻化的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用单极射频治疗面部轻、中度皱纹和皮肤松弛的安全性及有效性。方法采用Thermage CPT系统,对30例面部老化的求美者进行单级射频治疗,并随访分析治疗后1、6、12个月的临床疗效和不良反应。结果皱纹评分在治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后6个月改善更为明显;色素沉着在治疗前后无明显改善(P>0.05)。求美者满意率在治疗后6个月更高。较常见的不良反应是即时的红斑、水肿。结论单极射频用于面部年轻化是一种安全有效的方法,具有无需恢复期、风险较低、效果作用持续较长的特点。Objective To explore the clinical safety and efficacy of monopolar radiofrequency in the treatment of mild to moderate wrinkles of the face and cutis laxa. Methods Thirty patients with facial aging were treated by the monopolar radiofrequency Thermage CPT system. All patients were followed up at 1, 6, and 12 months after treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded. Results There was a significant difference in the wrinkles before and after treatment(P<0.05). The improvement was more obvious at 6 months after treatment. The therapy was not effective in improving pigmentation and a significant difference was not observed(P>0.05). The patients’ satisfaction rate was highest at 6 months after treatment. The most common adverse reaction was immediate erythema and edema. Conclusion The monopolar radiofrequency technique was safe and effective for facial rejuvenation. It is characterized by a short recovery period, low risk and sustained efficacy.
