摘　　要：在面部年轻化和整形美容临床实践中,面中区、颊脂肪垫区和蜗轴区等均是热点和重点部位。此部位实施的手术项目较多,解剖结构多而复杂,年轻化效果的优良率较低,重复率也较低。故本讲重点叙述上述部位的局部解剖学,以供同道参考和批评指正。In clinical practice of facial rejuvenation and plastic and cosmetic surgery, the midface area, buccal fat pad area and modiolus area are hot spots and key locations. Many surgical projects have been implemented involving many and complex anatomical structures, with low "excellent"and "good"rates of rejuvenation and low repetition rates. This article focuses on the local anatomy of the above areas for reference and criticism among plastic and cosmetic surgery professionals.
