摘  要:以改性木薯渣纤维和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为原料结合膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)和碱式硫酸镁晶须(MHSH)制备了阻燃型PBS/木薯渣纤维复合材料。利用TG-DSC并结合C-R和Ozawa法分别对复合材料的热解过程、吸热量和燃烧动力学进行了分析。结果表明,5%的木薯渣作为炭源代替PBS,提高了材料的阻燃性能。随着热解升温速率的增加,阻燃材料的和均增大,热稳定性提高。当热解升温速率为20t/min时,70P/23I/5C/2M(PBS为70%,IFR为23%,木薯渣为5%,MHSH为2%)的热解吸热量为558.01kJ/kg。模型计算结果表明,与C-R法相比,通过Ozawa法得到的阻燃材料的活化能准确性更高。阻燃材料燃烧时,在其外部形成了一层膨化的具有隔热作用的致密炭层,阻止了内部聚合物基体进一步燃烧。从而有效地提高了复合材料的阻燃性能。The flame retardancy PBS/cassava dregs fiber composite was prepared by using IFR and MHSH.The pyrolysis process,heat absorption and combustion kinetics of composites were analyzed by TG-DSC combined with C-H and Ozawa methods.Experimental data showed that 5% of cassava dregs could be used as a carbon source instead of PBS to improve the flame retardant performance of composites.The Ts% and Tmax of composites increased with the increase of pyrolysis heating rate,and the corresponding thermal stability of composites was improved.The thermal desorption calories of 70P/23I/5C/2M (PBS was 70%,IFR was 23%,cassava dregs was 5%,MHSH was 2%) was 558.01 kJ/kg at a heating rate of 20℃/min.The calculation results of the model showed that the Ozawa method had higher accuracy than the C-R method.A layer of puffed dense carbon having an insulating effect was formed on the outside of composites to protect the inner polymer matrix from further burning during combustion process.Thereby effectively improved the flame retardant performance of composites.
