摘  要:发泡成型是将气体溶解在半熔融状态的聚合物中至饱和,通过瞬时的泄压或者升温作用,形成无数的微小的泡核,膨胀成为具有泡孔结构的泡沫体。该工艺能够有效地减轻产品质量,节约成本。实验中,采用了超临界CO2辅助发泡制备了POE/EVA复合发泡材料,通过改变POE/EVA的配比,研究了不同比例的POE/EVA在相同发泡温度和饱和压力下,对其宏观发泡倍率和微观形貌的影响。结果表明,当EVA的添加量质量分数为40%时,复合发泡材料在饱和压力为10MPa的表观密度为0.169g/cm^3,发泡倍率为5.3;其泡孔尺寸为56μm,泡孔密度为4.27×10^6个/cm^3,其泡孔微观形貌良好,尺寸均匀。Foam molding was to dissolve the gas in a semi-molten polymer to saturation,and innumerable tiny nucleation through instantaneous pressure relief or temperature rise,expanding into a foam having the desired cell structure.The process could effectively reduce product quality and save costs.POE/EVA compound foaming material were prepared by using supercritical CO2 applying batch kettle microcellular foaming technology.During the process,the influence of different proportions of POE/EVA on the apparent structure and microscopic morphology of POE foams was investigated.The results showed that when the EVA content was 40% and the saturation pressure was 10 MPa,the compound foaming material had apparent density of 0.169 g/cm^3,the expansion ratio of 5.3;the cell size of 56μm,and the cell density of 4.27×10^6/cm^3.Specifically,under this process compound foaming material had a lower density in the surface with higher expansion ratio and its internal cell density was greater as well as the cell distribution was uniform.
