摘 要:利用UG对淋浴房排水连接件进行了工艺性分析。模具采用水平、垂直2个分型面分型,水平分型面为模具的主分型面,垂直分型面由哈夫块构成,用于成型外螺纹,将点浇口设在垂直分型面上。模具设计的难点就是2个空心圆柱连接部分的侧向分型抽芯,该塑件是由2个空心圆柱体组成的,中间连接部分内部为空心的,需要侧向分型内抽芯,抽芯距离为43mm,因为抽芯空间为大圆柱内孔,成型内孔需要设置凸模,因此,凸模设置成空心状,侧型芯穿过凸模。开模时,凸模脱出后,留出了侧型芯移动空间,实现了侧向分型抽芯,解决该难题是该模具的主要创新点。Process analysis of injection mold for shower room drainage connector was accom plished by the use of UG software.Two parting surfaces of horizontal and vertical were adopted in the m old,and horizontal parting surface was used as the main parting surface.Pin-point gate was located on the vertical parting surface which was achieved with two half-sliders to mold external thread.Design of side parting and core pulling in connecting part of two hollow cylinders was considered as the difficulty in mold design.The part was com posed of two hollow cylinders,and side parting inner core pulling was adopted with core pulling distance of 43 mm because of hollow inside middle connection part.B ecause the large cylinder bore was used as the core pulling sp ace,and punch was required to mold bore,so the punch that was passed by side core was designed to be hollow.When the mold was opened,punch was released firstly,the side core moving space was left to carry out side parting and core pulling,and the problem was viewed as the key to the mold.
