摘 要:介绍了一种内侧带轴承槽倒扣特征塑件的注塑模具设计,模具结构为一模二腔两次分型打开侧浇口的三板模具。模具中设计了一种特殊的180°翻转式抽芯机构,该机构先通过模板的一次打开动作,驱动轴承槽成型件下方的成型件先抽出,待其让出旋转型芯的运动空间后,再利用油缸驱动齿条来驱动轴承槽成型件完成180°度翻转抽芯,实现了模具针对轴承槽特征进行自动脱模的功能,该机构的应用降低了模具脱模机构的设计难度,简化了模具整体结构设计难度和制造难度,有效降低了模具制造成本。模具分两次打开,第一打开用于为旋转型芯的转动抽芯提供运动空间,第二次打开使塑件从型腔壁上脱模。塑件的最终由顶杆机构完全顶出。模具整体结构及180°翻转式脱模机构的设计,为同类塑件的模具结构设计提供了有益参考。An injection mold design for a kind of inner mold with bearing groove backoff feature was introduced.Mould in the design of a special 180 degrees tilting core-pulling mechanism,institution through template once opened the first movement drive bearing slot beneath the von berg systeme von berg systeme first drew up the m ovement of the rotating core space,then through the oil cylinder driving rack to drive the bearing groove do 180 degrees core-pulling,implements the mold for automatic stripping function,characteristic of bearing slot of application reduced the design difficulty of mold demoulding mechanism,simplified the mould structure design and manufacturing difficulty,effectively reduced the mould manufacturing cost.The mold was opened twice.The first was used to provide movement space for the rotary core pulling.The final ejection of the plastic part was com pletely done by the ejection m echanism.The overall structure of the mould and the design of the 180 degree turnover type stripper mechanism provided beneficial reference for the structure design of similar plastic parts.
