摘 要:目的探讨超声引导下射频消融对治疗乳腺良性结节的有效性,超声弹性成像评估消融灶吸收效果的可行性及结节体积与吸收情况的相关性。方法收集99枚乳腺射频消融纤维腺瘤结节,随访12个月。比较术前及术后每个月所有消融灶体积、弹性Ratio比值的变化。结果术前与术后每个月所有消融灶体积之间的变化、消融灶体积减小率、弹性Ratio比值之间的变化比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。弹性Ratio比值的变化与术后消融灶体积的变化存在相关性(P<0.05)。每个月所有消融灶体积减小率与结节大小之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论(1)超声引导下射频消融术对乳腺良性结节的治疗具有有效性。(2)超声弹性成像可作为评价消融灶吸收情况的可行性手段。(3)结节大小是消融灶吸收效果的影响因素,结节大者吸收较快。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of benign breast nodules,the feasibility of ultrasound elastography in evaluating the effect of ablation and the correlation between nodule volume and absorption.Methods Ninety-nine fibroadenoma nodules ablated by radiofrequency ablation of breast were collected and followed up for 12 months.Compared the volume and elastic Ratio ratio of all ablation lesions before and after the operation every month.Results There were significant differences in the volume of all ablation lesions,volume reduction rate of ablation lesions and elastic Ratio ratio between preoperative and postoperative(P<0.05).The change of elastic Ratio ratio was correlated with the change of ablation volume(P<0.05).There was a correlation between the volume reduction rate of all ablation lesions and the size of nodules per month(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation is effective in the treatment of benign breast nodules.(2)Ultrasound elastography can be used as a feasible method to evaluate the absorption of ablation focus.(3)The size of the nodule is the influencing factor of the absorption effect of ablation focus,and more larger the nodule,more faster the absorption.
