摘 要:为降低膨润土用量,提高球团矿铁品位,安徽长钢竖炉球团进行了印度膨润土完全代替国内膨润土的工业性试验。试验结果表明:与国内膨润土相比,印度膨润土单耗降低至11.01 kg/t,TFe提高0.8%,配加1.0%~1.2%的印度膨润土后,生球及球团矿质量均能满足生产指标的要求,但为了保证球团生产及质量的稳定性,需要增加强混设备来改善其混匀效果。In order to reduce the amount of bentonite consumption and improve the iron grade of pellets,the industrial test of using total Indian bentonite instead of domestic bentonite is carried out in Anhui Changjiang Steel. The industrial test results show that,compared with domestic bentonite,the specific consumption of Indian bentonite reduces to 11.01 kg/t,and the pellet grade(TFe)increases by 0.8%. After 1.0%~1.2% Indian bentonite is added,the quality of green balls and pellets can all meet the production target requirements.However,in order to ensure the stability of pellet production and quality,intensive mixing equipment needs to be added to improve mixing effect.
