摘 要:根据国家并网标准,中小容量逆变型分布式电源(inverter-interfaced distributed generators, IIDGs)接入造成配电网拓扑结构及运行方式、潮流水平及流向复杂多变,给主动配电网保护带来了极大的挑战。在计及了PQ控制策略IIDG低电压穿越运行特性基础上,深入分析了主动配电网正序电流故障分量的分布特征,提出了一种基于故障分量的主动配电网纵联保护原理。该原理通过利用故障分量幅值传输,不仅降低了纵联保护对通信设备同步采样要求,还消除了负荷电流的影响,提高了保护的动作性能。同时,不可测负荷分支的存在可能引起非故障线路比幅保护判据误动作,利用系统侧节点分支电流突变量的分布特性,建立节点分支突变量辅助判据,有效地解决了比幅保护判据的动作盲区。最后,通过DIg SILENT进行仿真,验证所提保护原理的可行性。According to China's grid connection standards, the topological structure, operation method, flow level and direction of distribution network will be complicated and changeable because medium and small capacity invert er-interfaced distributed generators(IIDGs) are connected, which will pose a great challenge to the protection of active distribution networks. Consequently, we analyze the characteristics of positive-sequence currents fault component in ac tive distribution networks in detail after taking the IIDG low-voltage ride-through capacity with PQ control strategy into account, and propose a pilot protection scheme based on fault components. The scheme can be adopted to reduce the synchronous sampling requirement of the pilot protection for communication equipment and eliminate the influence of load current through the transmission of fault component amplitude, which will greatly improve the protection perfor mance. At the same time, the existence of un-measurable branch of the feeder may cause incorrect operation of the pilot protection criterion about amplitude comparison in non-fault line, therefore, an node branch current sudden-change auxil iary criterion is established according to the fault characteristics at the node branch through distribution system side, which can be adopted to effectively solve the action blind area of protection criterion. Finally, the feasibility of the pro posed protection principle is verified by the simulation of DIgSILENT.
