摘 要:大气压等离子体射流在不同气体环境内的维持与流动,必然导致射流工作气体与背景气体发生不同程度的混杂,从而影响等离子体射流特性。对于此问题,通过电学特性测量、发射光谱诊断等方法,比较了等离子体射流在不同气体环境下的射流形态、电学特性、放电产物,研究了空气、氮气、氩气、氦气4种背景气体对大气压氦等离子体射流特性的影响。结果显示:背景气体会介入大气压氦等离子体射流的演变过程,并导致等离子体射流特性改变;能与He发生彭宁电离的背景气体会促进大气压氦等离子体射流的发展,负电性气体和低激发态多的背景气体则会阻碍其发展;大气压氦等离子体射流若存在彭宁电离,则背景环境中稀有气体和空气等主要组成气体的电离能越高,大气压氦等离子体射流传播越远。The maintenance and flow of the atmospheric pressure plasma jet in different kinds of gas environment will inevitably lead to different degrees of mixing of the jet working gas and the background gas, thereby affecting the plasma jet characteristics. To solve this problem, we compared the jet shape, electrical characteristics and discharge products of plasma jets under different gas environments by means of electrical characteristic measurement and emission spectrum diagnosis. Moreover, we investigated the effects of air, nitrogen, argon and helium on the jet characteristics of atmospheric pressure helium plasma. The results reveal that the background gas will intervene in the evolution of the atmospheric pressure helium plasma jet and cause the plasma jet characteristics to change;the background gas that can react with He via Penning ionization will promote the development of atmospheric pressure helium plasma jet, and electronegativity gas and low-excited background gas will hinder its development;if there is Penning ionization in the atmospheric pressure helium plasma jet, the higher the ionization energy of the main constituent gases such as rare gas and air in the back- ground environment is, the farther the atmospheric pressure He plasma jet will propagate.
