摘  要:目的了解垃圾焚烧厂工人重金属内暴露水平。方法于2017年5月调查深圳市某垃圾焚烧厂48名男性工人,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测全血中铜(Cu)、锡(Sn)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)和铅(Pb)的含量。结果工人全血中Cu、Sn、Mn、Co、As、Cd和Pb元素的含量中位数分别为736、7.60、42.9、1.49、8.03、1.90、39.1μg/L。调查对象中血铅含量最高值为118μg/L,10人(占20.8%)血Cd含量超过5μg/L。结论本次调查的垃圾焚烧厂工人血Sn和As含量均在普通人群范围内,部分工人血Pb、Mn、Co、Cu、Cd含量超过普通人群,可能与垃圾焚烧过程中不同金属的存在状态有关。Objective To understand the levels of heavy m etals in whole blood among workers in a solid waste incineration plant. Methods The whole blood sam ples were collected from 48 male workers collected from a solid waste incineration plant. Seven heavy m etals,su ch as Cu ,Sn ,Mn ,Co ,As ,Cd and Pb were m easured by using inductively coupled plasm a mass spectrom etry (ICP -MS). Results The m edian concentrations of Cu ,Sn ,Mn ,Co , As,Cd and Pb in whole blood among workers in a solid waste incineration plant were 736 ,76 ,42.9 ,1.49 ,8.03 ,1.9 ,and 39.1μg/L respectively. The highest concentration of Pb in whole blood of the workers is 118 μg/L;The concentrations of Cd in whole blood of ten w orkers, accounted for 20.8% of to ta l, exceeded 5 ^xg/L. Conclusion The concentration of Sn and As in the whole blood of 48 workers in the investigated solid waste incineration plant in Shenzhen is within the ranges for the normal population. Some workers have higher levels of Mn, Co ,Cu and Cd in whole blood com pared with the norm al population, which may be related with the states of heavy m etals in incineration of solid waste.
