摘  要:目的建立水中镉离子的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银荧光增强测定法。方法在水样中加入1.6×10^(-5) mol/L聚乙烯吡咯烷酮纳米银溶液2.0 ml、磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 5.8)0.2 ml、聚乙二醇0.3 ml,25℃反应10 min后,在激发波长337 nm,发射波长380 nm处进行荧光测定。结果在2.0×10-6~2.2×10^(-5) mol/L范围内,所得镉离子的回归方程为ΔF=2.720 3x-1.076 3,r=0.997 8。该方法的检出限为1.2×10^(-6) mol/L;平均回收率为91.3%~103.5%,RSD为0.6%~2.2%。结论该方法具有简便快速,灵敏度和精密度较高的优点,适用于水样中镉离子的检测。Objective To develop a novel method for the determination of cadmium ion in water based on the fluorescence enhancement by polyvinylpyrrolidone-nano silver. Methods 2.0 ml polyvinylpyrrolidone-nano silver solution,0.2 ml phosphate buffer solution (pH 5.8) and 0.3 ml polyethylene glycol solution were added into water samples, after reaction for 10 min at 25 ℃,cadmium was determined with fluorimetry at λex =337 nm and λem=380 nm. Results The linear relationship between increasing fluorescence intensity (AF) and concentration of cadmium was kept in the range of 2.0×l0-6-2.2×10-5 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.997 8;The limit of detection was 1.2×10-6 mol/L,the rates of recovery were 91.3%-103.5%, the RSDs were 0.6%-2.2%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of cadmium in water with satisfactory results.
