摘　　要：目的:了解陕西省静脉用药调配中心现状,为其进一步发展提供参考。方法:通过问卷调查法,对陕西省医疗机构药学部或PIVAS负责人开展调查,并对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果:陕西省共建成PIVAS 24家,其中21家已运行,9家通过省卫计委验收。PIVAS建设面积105~860 m^2,平均422 m^2,日调配量100~6 400组,平均1 608组,8家PIVAS调配量不足。PIVAS具备各基本功能区域,69.6%的PIVAS配备的生物安全柜的型号全部为Ⅱ级A2型,58.3%的PIVAS配备的层流洁净台型号全部为水平型。PIVAS药学与护理人数之比为1.05∶1,本科学历分别占76.5%和63.2%,86%的PIVAS人员配备充足。1家PIVAS未按规定进行沉降菌检测,4家PIVAS未按规定进行净化设备年检。PIVAS医嘱审核多关注药物而较少关注患者,31.6%的PIVAS实施7种职业防护措施,陕西省除宝鸡市外尚未对集中调配实行收费。结论:陕西省PIVAS数量较少,多数处于发展初期,部分PIVAS功能未能充分发挥,有待于进一步完善和提高。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of pharmacy intravenous admixture service in Shaanxi province, and to provide reference for its further development.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the directors of pharmacy department or PIVAS in Shaanxi province, and the data was statistically analyzed.RESULTS A total of 24 PIVAS have been established in Shaanxi province, of which 21 have been operated and 9 have been approved by the Health and Family Planning Commission of Shaanxi province. The area of PIVAS was 105-860 m^2 and the average was 422 m^2. The daily workload was 100-6 400 bags with an average of 1 608 bags. However the workload of 8 PIVAS was insufficient. All PIVAS had various basic functional regions.The mode of biosafety cabinets in 69.6% PIVAS was all Ⅱlevel A2 type, and 58.3% of the models of PIVAS equipped with laminar flow clean bench are all horizontal. The ratio of pharmacists to nurses was 1.05∶1, and bachelor degree of pharmacists and nurses accounts for 76.5% and 63.2% respectively. Furthermore, the staff of 86% PIVAS were well equipped. One PIVAS did not perform the settling microbe test as required, and four PIVAS did not perform the annual inspection of purification equipment as required. PIVAS medical order review mostly focused on drugs and less on patients, 31.6% of PIVAS implemented 7 occupational protection measures.Except Baoji city, Shaanxi province has not yet charge fees of pharmacy intravenous admixture service.CONCLUSION The quantity of PIVAS in Shaanxi province is small, and most of them are at the early stage of development, and some PIVAS functions are not fully developed.
