摘 要:由于传统识别系统的识别率普遍较低,无法适应现今商品发展的需求,为此提出并设计了基于视觉传达的商品包装编码自动识别系统。硬件系统采用亮度可调节的LED光源,利用红外线传感器触发CCD摄像机,同时优化了图像采集卡;软件系统为核心设计部分,对包装编码进行灰度化、二值化、降噪处理后,对清晰、准确的编码图像执行自动识别计算,实现商品包装编码的自动识别过程。通过实验论证分析的方式,确定基于视觉传达的包装自动识别系统的有效性,结果显示,基于视觉传达的包装编码自动识别系统的识别率比传统识别系统的识别率高出了25%。Because the recognition rate of the traditional recognition system is generally low,it can not meet the needs of the development of commodities nowadays.Therefore,an automatic recognition system of commodity packaging coding based on visual communication is proposed and designed.The LED light source with adjustable brightness is used in hardware system,infrared sensor is used to trigger the CCD camera,and the image acquisition card is optimized.The software system is the core design part.After graying,binarization and noise reduction of packaging coding,the clear and accurate coded image is automatically recognized and calculated to realize the commodity.Automatic identification of packaging codes.The validity of visual communication-based automatic packaging recognition system was confirmed by experiments.The results show that the recognition rate of visual communication-based automatic packaging code recognition system is 25% higher than that of traditional recognition system.
