摘 要:针对传统噪声污染控制系统抗干扰性差的问题,设计一个新的变压器噪声污染控制系统。该系统由软硬件构成,系统硬件主要由传感器、音频芯片、主控芯片以及滤波器四部分组成。传感器负责采集噪声信号;音频芯片负责处理噪声信号的放大和转换;主控芯片负责系统整体控制以及程序编写;滤波器负责发出次级声波,与初级声波相抵消。系统主要软件为滤波器控制算法,该算法主要作用是控制调节滤波器,发出与初级声波相对应的次级声波,并完成相互抵消工作。结果表明:与传统系统相比,本系统抗干扰性更强,能完全将变压器噪声值降低到《声环境质量标准》规定的限值之下。Aiming at the problem of poor anti-interference of traditional noise pollution control system,a new transformer noise pollution control system is designed.The system consists of hardware and software.The hardware of the system consists of sensors,audio chips,main control chips and filters.Sensors are responsible for collecting noise signals;audio chips are responsible for amplifying and converting noise signals;master chips are responsible for the overall control of the system and programming;filters are responsible for generating secondary sound waves and canceling primary sound waves.The main software of the system is the filter control algorithm.The main function of the algorithm is to control and adjust the filter,emit the secondary sound wave corresponding to the primary sound wave,and complete the work of mutual cancellation.The results show that,compared with the traditional system,the system has stronger anti-interference ability,and can completely reduce the noise value of transformer to below the limit specified in the Acoustic Environment Quality Standard.
