摘 要:针对机组组合的问题,混合整数规划法是一种求解速度快,精度较高的数学方法,求解大规模机组组合问题上相较于其他方法具有明显优势。依据国家节能减排政策,以火电机组和风电机组组合的最小运行成本为目标,火电机组出力、启停机、爬坡性能等对风电消纳的影响。保证电能质量和火电的安全运行,调整火电最小技术出力,得到在不同场景中风电的消纳情况,验证了火电调峰对风电消纳的有效性和发展前景。Aiming at the problem of unit commitment,mixed integer programming is a fast and higher accurate mathematical method for solving large-scale unit combination problems,which has obvious advantages over other methods.According to the China’s energy conservation and emission reduction,with the minimum operation cost which combines thermal power units and wind power units as the goal,there is an impact on the consumption of wind power for the thermal power unit output,start up and shutdown,slope climbing and so on.On the premise of ensuring the quality of power and the safe operation of thermal power,the minimum technical output of thermal power is adjusted to obtain the consumption of power in different scenarios,which verifies the effectiveness and development prospect of the thermal power peak shaving for wind power consumption.
