摘 要:根据某矿15层煤顶板破碎实际情况,研发了一种新型注浆膨胀锚杆。该锚杆具有加固围岩和预应力大等特点。在理论分析基础上,确定了"注浆膨胀锚杆+锚索+钢筋网+W钢带"的支护方案,并运用数值模拟方法验证了该支护方案的合理性。巷道围岩变形现场观测表明,该支护方案可满足15层煤破碎巷道安全生产要求。According to the actual situation of crushed roof of the 15 th coal seam in a mine,a new grouting expansion anchor was developed.The anchor had the characteristics of reinforcing surrounding rock and large prestress.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the support scheme of"grouting expansion anchor+ anchor cable+ steel mesh + W steel strip"was determined,and the rationality of the support scheme was verified by numerical simulation method.The field observation of the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway showed that the support scheme met the safety production requirements of the broken roadway in the 15 th coal seam.
