摘　　要：人的自我发展是一种充分体现人自身主体能动性的发展形式,具有自觉性、个性化和可持续性的特点。基于人的自我发展理论开展大学生自我发展教育,重点是激发学生的自我发展意识,培养学生自我认知、自我设计、自主学习、自我管理等自我发展能力,逐步走上自我发展之路。Human self-development is a kind of development form which fully reflects the initiative of human and has the characteristics of self-consciousness, in dividuality and sustainability. Based on the theory of human self-development, self-development education for college students should focus on stimulating students' self-development consciousness, cultivating students' self-development abilities such as self-awareness,self-design, self-learning and self-management,and gradually embarking on the road of self-development.
