摘　　要：急性髓系白血病属于血液系统肿瘤,由于疾病本身特点或治疗相关操作,患者发生不良反应或院内感染的风险极高。笔者以1例自体造血干细胞移植急性髓系白血病患者为例,对治疗方案进行分析,为患者开展全程药学监护及相关药学服务工作,保证患者用药安全及治疗方案顺利进行。Acute myeloid leukemia is a kind of hematological malignancy. The risk of adverse reactions or nosocomial infections is very high due to the disease or treatment of operations. In this paper, a patient with acute myeloid leukemia who underwent autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was taken as an example. Pharmaceutical care was provided out for the patient to ensure the safety of drug use and the smooth conduction of the treatment plan.
