摘 要:研究了铁素体相区热轧压下量对430铁素体不锈钢显微组织、析出相及力学性能的影响。通过拉伸试验、维氏硬度试验研究了钢的力学性能,采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和EBSD分析了显微组织、织构与析出相。结果表明,830℃热轧空冷后钢的组织主要由铁素体和(Fe,Cr)23C6组成。随着热轧压下量的增大,晶内亚结构逐渐增多,α纤维织构逐渐减弱,而γ纤维织构逐渐增强,(Fe,Cr)23C6析出量逐渐增加;试验钢的抗拉强度逐渐提高,而伸长率逐渐下降。The effects of hot rolling reduction in ferrite phase region on the microstructure,precipitation phase and mechanical properties of 430 ferrite stainless steel were studied.The mechanical properties of the steel were studied by tensile test and Vickers hardness test.The microstructure,texture and precipitation phase were analyzed by SEM,EDS and EBSD.The results show that the microstructure of the steel after 830℃hot rolling and air-cooling is mainly composed of ferrite and(Fe,Cr)23C6.With the increase of hot rolling reduction,the substructure of crystal increases gradually,theαfiber texture weakens,theγfiber texture increases,and the amount of(Fe,Cr)23C6 precipitation increases;the tensile strength of the test steel increases gradually,while the elongation decreases gradually.
