摘  要:铸造企业为了降低生产成本,常使用廉价的废钢原料,其中常含有微量的铅,导致成品铸件的合格率下降。使用高频无芯感应电炉熔炼制备不同铅含量的灰铸铁试样,利用金相显微镜观察分析灰铸铁试样的石墨形态与基体组织,使用洛氏硬度计测量灰铸铁的硬度,探究了铅含量对灰铸铁组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随铅含量增加,片状无方向性均匀分布的A型石墨逐渐减少,过冷石墨增加。当Pb含量低于0.018%时,铸件硬度增加;但当Pb含量高于0.018%时,硬度显著下降。In order to reduce the production cost,the foundry enterprises often use cheap scrap steel which often contains trace amounts of lead,resulting in a decline of the qualified rate of finished castings.A high-frequency coreless induction furnace was used to produce gray cast iron specimens with different lead contents.The graphite morphology and matrix microstructure of gray iron specimens were analyzed by metallographic microscope,the hardness of gray iron was measured by Rockwell hardness tester,and the influence of lead content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of gray cast iron was explored.The results show that when the lead content increases,A type graphite with non-directional uniform distribution decreases,and the supercooled graphite increases.When Pb content is less than 0.018%,the hardness of casting increases,but when Pb content is above 0.018%,the hardness decreases significantly.
