摘 要:枕梁是地铁的关键部件,由于体积庞大,对其生产工艺的优化成本较高。为节约成本,缩短研发周期,本文通过有限元软件SYSWELD,采用固有应变法计算了不同焊接顺序下枕梁的焊接变形,分析了焊接顺序对焊接变形的影响,试验结果与模拟结果有很好的一致性。结果显示,枕梁各个方向的变形都同时存在正向变形和反向变形;文中焊接顺序1各向变形均最小,因此焊接顺序1为最优焊接顺序。Bolster is an important part in the subway,due to its large volume,the cost of production process optimization of bolster is high.In order to save cost and shorten research and development cycle,the inherent strain method was used to calculate the welding deformation of the bolster welded by different welding sequences using the finite element software SYSWELD.The test results were in good agreement with the simulation results.The results show that the deformation of each direction of the bolster has both positive and reverse deformation.Because the deformation of each direction welded by welding sequence 1 in this paper is minimum,so the welding sequence 1 is the best welding sequence.
