摘  要:运用中国1997-2016年的省际面板数据对绿色创新和绿色发展水平进行综合评价,基于耦合协调模型对二者协同的时空演变趋势进行考察,进而运用PVAR模型对其互动关系进行实证分析。结果显示,区域绿色创新与绿色发展的耦合度呈上升趋势,但协调度总体偏低,出现以濒临失调为中心、向良好协调与中度失调两边扩散的态势。就二者的动态关系来说,经济发达地区的绿色发展对其绿色创新冲击的响应更大,经济次发达地区的绿色发展对其绿色创新形成了正向冲击,而经济欠发达地区二者的相互作用关系却不是很显著。The paper evaluates the level of green innovation and green development by using the provincial panel data of China from 1997 to 2016. Based on the coupled coordination model, the temporal and spatial evolution trend of the synergy between the two is investigated, and then the PVAR model is used to make an empirical analysis of their interaction. The results show that the degree of coupling between regional green innovation and green development is on the rise, but the overall coordination degree in the country is generally low and there has been a situation that is centered on impending misalignment and spreading to both sides of good coordination and moderate misalignment. For the dynamic relationship between the two, the green development in economically developed regions responds more to the impact of green innovation, and the green development in the economically sub-developed regions has a positive impact on their green innovation, while the interaction between green innovation and green development in underdeveloped regions is not significant.
