摘 要:聚焦我国的区块链行业,从区块链专利发展现状、专利申请/公开数量变化趋势、典型机构的专利申请状况及研发团队投入产出分析、IPC(International Patent Classification)技术分析等角度对典型机构的专利数据进行深入挖掘和分析,以掌握区块链产业发展趋势并为相关企业的发展战略制定提供参考。研究表明自2014年起区块链技术专利数量呈增长态势,但专利的IPC关联性尚不突出;典型机构利用自身资源优势强化技术竞争力,优化专利布局,以期在行业竞争中占据领先地位。This paper focuses on the block chain industry in China, and makes in-depth mining and analysis of the patent data of typical institutions from the perspectives of the current development status of block chain patents, variation trend of patent application/disclosure quantity, Patent application status of typical institutions, input-output analysis of R&D team, and IPC(International Patent Classification) technology analysis, so as to grasp the development trend of block chain industry and provide reference for the development strategy formulation of relevant enterprises. The research results show that the number of block chain technology patents has increased since 2014, but the IPC relevance of patents is not outstanding. Typical institutions use their resource advantages to strengthen technical competitiveness, optimize patent layout, in order to occupy a leading position in the industry competition.
