摘 要:研究不同热处理工艺对X70QS钢级酸性低温管线管微观组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:淬火工艺对X70QS钢级酸性管线管的组织性能影响较大,随着淬火温度的升高,其贝氏体组织明显粗化,力学性能尤其是低温冲击性能下降明显;相同淬火温度时降低淬火冷却速度,会使铁素体组织逐渐增多并多边形化,强度明显不足.X70QS钢级酸性低温管线管经880~900℃淬火(水淬)+600℃回火后具有最佳的强度和低温韧性匹配.Studied in the paper are the effects by different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the X70QS linepipe for service under low-temperature and acidic conditions. As a result, the facts as below are revealed. The quenching process produces obvious effect on the structural properties of the said linepipe, i.e., along with the rising of the quenching temperature, the bainite structure is remarkably coarsened, and thus the mechanical properties, particularly the low-temperature impact property are obviously reduced. Moreover given the quenching temperature reminds unchanged, reducing the quench-cooling speed will get the ferrite structure gradually increased, and polygonized, which significantly leads to poor strength. Thanks to being (water) quenched at 880-900℃ and tempered at + 600℃, the X70QS linepipe for service under low-temperature and acidic conditions obtains the best strength-low-temperature toughness matching.
