微型外固定系统治疗儿童尺桡骨远端骨折的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:将微型外固定系统用于儿童尺桡骨远端骨折治疗中,对其效果进行研究。方法:对我院收治的49例尺桡骨远端骨折患儿分组研究,对照组行常规手法复位夹板外固定治疗,观察组行微型外固定系统治疗,对2组治疗结果进行评价。结果:观察组骨折愈合时间与对照组相比,相对更短(P<0.05),2组治疗前VAS评分相比,差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分与对照组相比,相对更低(P<0.05);观察组优良率为92.00%,与对照组70.83%相比,相对更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症率为4.00%,与对照组16.67%相比,相对更低(P<0.05)。结论:微型外固定系统用于儿童尺桡骨远端骨折治疗中效果理想,可促进骨折快速愈合,减轻疼痛,减少并发症,值得应用。Objective:To study the effect of miniature external fixing system in treatment of children with fracture of distal radius and ulna.Methods:49 cases of children with fracture of distal radius and ulna and who treated in our hospital were grouped as the research.The group B were underwent the conventional manual reduction and splint external fixation,while the group A were underwent the mini external fixation system treatment.Then,the treatment results of the two groups were evaluated.Results:?The healing time of fracture in group A was shorter than that in group B(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).The VAS score after treatment in the group A was lower than that in the group B(p<0.0 5).Tlie excellent and good rate in group A was 92.00%,which was higher than in group B of 70.83%(p<0.0 5).The complication rate in the group A was4.00%,which was lower than that in the group B ofl6.67%(p<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of miniature external fixing system in treatment of children with fracture of distal radius and ulna are ideal,which can promote the rapid healing of fracture,relieve pain and reduce complications,thus it is worthy to be applied.
