头孢吡肟联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢吡肟联合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效.方法 80例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组给予头孢吡肟治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药保留灌肠联合治疗.比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对慢性盆腔炎患者给予头孢吡肟联合中药保留灌肠治疗,能明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,具有积极的推广价值.Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of intravenous drip of cephalosporins combined with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Cefepime, and the observation group was treated with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 92.50% in the observation group, and that was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cefepime combined with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve the clinical effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, and this method contains positive popularization value.
