摘  要:SOLAS 2020修订案全面和大幅地提升了客船的破舱稳性要求,将对邮轮的船型开发产生重大影响。将SOLAS 2020中客船要求的分舱指数与SOLAS 2009中的要求进行比较。统计数据表明,现役大型邮轮基本不能满足SOLAS 2020的破舱稳性要求。以一型8万总吨级大型邮轮的主尺度调整为例,为了满足SOLAS 2020的破舱稳性要求,提出并分析增加船宽、型深和船长尺度的多种方案,考察主尺度增加对分舱指数、钢料重量、总布置、耐波性、阻力等的影响。最后从满足SOLAS 2020的破舱稳性要求方面对大型邮轮的主尺度规划提出了几点建议。Damage stability requirement for passenger ships has been improved by SOLAS 2020 amendments entirely and significantly,which makes great impact on ship type development.Attained subdivision index for passenger ships in SOLAS 2020 is compared with that in SOLAS 2009.The statistics shows that most of large cruise ships in service cannot meet SOLAS 2020 damage stability requirement.Main dimension modification for meeting SOLAS 2020 of an 80,000 gross tonnage class of large cruise ship is sampled.Plans of increasing the sample ship’s width,depth and length are proposed and analyzed,which influence on the subdivision index,steel weight,general arrangement,seakeeping performance,resistance is investigated as well.Some suggestions about large cruise ships’main dimensions planning are offered in order to meet SOLAS 2020 damage stability requirement.
