摘 要:为实现带折角线、球鼻艏、方艉等复杂特征船体高效和精确的逆向表征,即由型值表、二维型线图快速准确构建船体三维曲面模型,提出基于几何迭代的T样条船体曲面逆向逼近方法。首先以船体型值点作为曲面控制点构建T样条船体曲面,并设置折角、尖点等局部特征;然后采用几何迭代的逼近方法进行曲面控制点调整,使得构建的T样条船体曲面不断向船体型值点逼近;最终获得插值于船体型值点的船体曲面。研究表明,基于几何迭代的T样条船体曲面逆向逼近方法效率高,局部特征表现力强,可高效解决复杂曲面的逆向造型问题,是船舶设计领域前景广阔的CAD新技术。In order to realize efficient and accurate reverse characterization of a hull with complex features such as chine lines,bulbous bow and square stern,etc.,namely,construction of a model of hull surface based on the hull offset table and 2D lines plan,an inverse approximation method of T-spline hull surface was proposed.First of all,a T-spline hull surface was constructed by taking the hull points as control points,and local characteristics were set up such as the chine line,sharp point,etc.Then geometric iterative approximation method was used to adjust positions of these control points,so as to let the T-spline surface be close to the hull offset points.The research shows that this method has high efficiency and strong ability in local feature expression,which provides a new CAD technology with broad prospects in the field of ship design.
