摘  要:以API X100管线钢为研究对象,通过预应变试验和电化学试验的方法,结合微观组织,探究预应变对X100管线钢电化学腐蚀的影响。研究显示,随着预应变程度的增大,X100管线钢的腐蚀倾向逐渐增大,X100管线钢的腐蚀速率逐渐增加.预应变通过机械电化学效应和应变硬化现象影响X100管线钢的腐蚀倾向;预应变通过影响管线钢的腐蚀产物的相对组成及其与基体的平均结合程度影响X100管线钢的腐蚀速度。In this paper,effect of pre-strain on electrochemical corrosion of X100 pipeline steel was studied through pre-strain experiment and electrochemical experiment,together with microstructure investigation.It is shown that as the pre-strain of the pipeline steel increases,corrosion on the pipeline steel increases,and the corrosion rate increases as well.Corrosion tendency is influenced by mechanical electrochemical effect and strain hardening phenomenon,while corrosion rate is influenced by the relative composition of corrosion products of the pipeline steel and its average degree of bonding with the matrix.
